This season I’ve fallen in love with the whimsical DIY Snow Globes I’ve been seeing everywhere! They are just so charming!
After decorating my home for the holidays I had a few extra supplies left over and I thought the vintage milk bottles and mason jars in my kitchen needed a little something extra.
Supplies:
- Mason jar
- Glue gun or glue dots
- Small bottle brush tree (I found my at Michaels)
- Faux snow (I picked mine up at Dollarama)
- Ribbon or twine
This is probably the simplest DIY project I’ve come across so far! I used a glue dot to hold my bottle brush tree in place in the jar, otherwise it tips over easily. Sprinkle in some faux snow. Put the top of the jar back on, and embellish with ribbon or twine. And that’s it, you’re done. You have yourself an adorable little snow globe.
