Wow! It’s Week Four of the One Room Challenge already. And I’m late with posting my update.
Life around our house has been busy lately. We are diligently working away on our bedroom for the One Room Challenge. In the process of updating our blog (tomorrow we will have a whole new look – so excited!). Enjoying our baby daughter and learning the ropes of becoming new parents. And managing life’s every day responsibilities. But we are loving every minute of it!
This is just a quick post to keep you updated on our challenge! Our bedroom is slowly coming together. We are finally getting around to painting this weekend. I’m so excited to see the colour we chose on the walls. I think it will give our bedroom a fresh new look and really help in transforming the space.
I’ve also been working on a few antique pieces I’ve found, including the window I wrote about last week. And a wonderful antique mirror I’ve had for years but haven’t had anywhere to hang, until now. I think I’ve found the perfect spot for it in our bedroom. I’ve had a lot of fun shopping for new items as well, beautiful oversized cream pillows, vintage-inspired picture frames and the coziest throw I could find.
I can’t wait to paint this weekend so that I can start pulling everything together and share our space with all of you!
If you haven’t been following along you can read about Week One, Week Two and Week Three to get up to speed. And make sure you check out all of the other wonderfully talented bloggers participating in the One Room Challenge over at Calling it Home. There are so many great projects and renovations to inspire you!
