Did you have a chance to read yesterday’s post? I shared a simple and sweet Christmas Countdown | Advent Calendar Tutorial. Today I’m sharing our Advent Calendar Free Printable to accompany it.
Each card displays either a holiday activity or conversation starter (these conversation cards were inspired by my creative friend Cami at Tidbits).
The cards are meant to encourage you to spend time together as a family and to spark conversation and story telling. I think they are a wonderful way to ensure you set aside time to spend together as a family over the holidays, no matter how busy and hectic the lead up to Christmas can be.
It’s all too easy to lose sight of the true meaning of the holidays and I hope these little printables will help you to make new holiday memories together or re-establish past Christmas traditions.
I chose to print my cards on heavy cream cardstock for a clean and simple look. Then just cut out the cards and place one in each bag. I’ve also included a set of blank cards so that you can write your own activity and conversation cards if you’d prefer. A fun way to get everyone involved would be to sit down with your family and compile a list of favourite holiday activities that you want to do throughout the month of December.
Have fun making memories!

Thank you for these wonderful advent cards. Altho all our kids are grown up, have grown kids of their own, we still try to introduce meaningful events to the holidays. Thank you for the ideas and good thoughts.
Happy week
