Welcome to another day of an incredible group of bloggers sharing 30+ free spring printables! In case you missed it, last week we shared our Easter printables, you can see them all here.
I always love participating in these blog hops hosted by my friend, Kristen at Ella Claire, because I enjoy seeing each beautiful design and the creativity and ideas that are unique to each blogger. As always there is a lot of talent in this group!
This year I chose to create a simple graphic – a pretty floral wreath with a very fitting quote from Claude Monet. It says “I must have flowers always and always”.
Flowers are one of my weaknesses (as you can see in this year’s spring home tour here and here). If I could have fresh flowers in our home every single day of the year I absolutely would. Whether it’s a simple bouquet of tulips or a beautiful arrangement overflowing with unique one-of-a-kind florals, I think they just add such beauty to day to day life. I know I always feel happier when there are pretty flowers around. Wouldn’t you agree?
And with spring comes the abundance of flowers and greenery just outside our door. I love the freedom of slipping into our backyard and clipping a handful of fragrant lilacs from our neighbor’s plentiful bushes or I cutting a few hydrangeas from the many bushes that surround our home. The warmer weather definitely makes it easier to keep flowers in our home.
So given my love of pretty florals, I thought this quote suited today’s post pretty well. 🙂
I framed my printable in this simple gold frame, that I’ve made very good use of so far this year (I’m sure you’ve noticed I’ve used it a few times already!). I thought it looked really pretty propped against our simple circle mirror on our beautiful new dining room sideboard.
I added a simple floral arrangement (of course) and I think this little corner of our home is so bright and refreshing!
