Homemade Peach Thyme Lemonade, chilled white wine, and carbonated water make this Peach Lemonade Spritzer the perfect summer cocktail.
Peach Lemonade Spritzer, it’s the perfect cocktail to enjoy this summer. Seriously, it’s light, fruity, and refreshing. And so easy to make.
It all starts with this delicious homemade Peach Thyme Lemonade and of course, your favourite white wine. It’s a classic and it will be my go-to cocktail this summer.
Each summer I try to choose one or two drink recipes I know I can whip up for last-minute get-togethers or unexpected guests. And while this summer may see us hosting less, it doesn’t mean I won’t be enjoying time outdoors on our new patio furniture sipping a tasty drink.
Peach Thyme Lemonade
This Peach Thyme Lemonade has easily become our new favourite drink of the summer. It’s a great addition to our spritzer, but it’s just as delicious on its own. Our girls couldn’t get enough of it, and I don’t blame them. It’s really good.
It only takes about 30 minutes to make, and it’s so easy. It has a wonderful peach flavour, but it’s not overwhelming. It also doesn’t taste too sugary or sweet. We will be making this on repeat, especially once the peach season rolls around.
What is a Spritzer
A spritzer is a drink made of chilled white wine and carbonated or sparkling water. The trick to making a really great spritzer is to make sure the wine and carbonated water are as cold as possible.
Spritzers are simple, classic, and refreshing, making them the perfect summer cocktail.
We hope you enjoy our Peach Lemonade Spritzer and make sure you take a peek at all of the other amazing summer drink recipes below.
