Over 50+ Easter gift ideas and basket stuffers for kids of all ages.
Every spring I look forward to putting together the girls’ Easter baskets. I take my time collecting gifts I know will bring a smile to their face, and always sneak in a few spring essentials too. It’s so fun watching them discover their new treasures as they sort through their baskets on Easter morning.
Nick thinks I usually go overboard when it comes to gifts for the girls, but I genuinely love putting together the perfect gifts for each of them. My secret to creating Easter baskets they will love is to collect different items from a variety of categories, like outdoor play, spring clothes, activities, and books. This helps to keep their baskets fun and exciting.

Easter Basket Gift Ideas for Kids
Outdoor Play
As spring approaches we all look forward to spending more time outdoors, so I always include a few fun outdoor activities the girls can look forward to as it starts to warm up.
Usually, it’s a couple of small inexpensive items, like a skipping rope, hula hoop, or sidewalk chalk, although this year we are surprising the girls with scooters.
Plush Toys
Depending on their age and interests at the time, I sometimes add a plush toy or doll to their baskets. Stuffed animals and dolls are cuddly, cute, and fun so you just can’t go wrong!
Spring Clothing & Accessories
These are the essentials I was just talking about. I like to start the girls’ spring wardrobes with a few new pieces for Easter. I usually buy them each a new dress or two, shoes and a couple of accessories, like sunglasses or hair bows.
It’s always nice to have a few new outfits to look forward to wearing as the weather turns spring-like.
Pajamas
Spring jammies in cheerful colours and patterns are always a fun addition to Easter baskets.
Activities
We all know the saying “April showers bring May flowers”, so I like to think ahead and choose a new activity that can help keep the girls entertained on those rainy spring days that are sure to come. Craft supplies, puzzles, and board games are just a few fun ideas to add to your little one’s Easter basket.

Books
We love to encourage our girls to read and we find one of the best ways to foster a love of reading is to surround them with stories they love. It’s why we built these simple book ledges in their playroom, and why we gift them a new book each holiday season. If you’d like to see some of our favourite kids’ books you can check them out here.
Swimwear
Beach days are just around the corner, so I always like to include a new swimsuit for the girls in their Easter baskets. Again, it’s an easy way to gift a warm-weather essential to your kiddos.
