It’s been a while since we’ve shared a recipe, but it’s been worth the wait because this Creamy Lemon Feta Dip is incredible.
We always enjoy creating appetizer recipes because we love to entertain, and it’s always great to have a few simple and delicious recipes to whip up when we have family or friends visit. Even when we don’t have company, we often find ourselves turning to a charcuterie board filled with cheese, crackers, meats, olives, and dips for an easy and quick lunch or snack.
We’ve tested our Creamy Lemon Feta Dip a few times before sharing it here and it’s been a hit every single time. Like its name, it’s creamy and packs a big dose of flavour. The hints of lemon and garlic are perfect for a crispy cracker or spread on a baguette. It would also make an amazing addition to sandwiches or wraps.
Sometimes the perfect recipe is time-consuming and laborious, but this isn’t one of them. It’s so simple, it’s literally tossing all of the ingredients (except the fresh dill) into a food processor to combine, and it’s done. So simple!
If time allows, I would prepare the dip an hour or two before you plan to serve it, so that you can serve it chilled and really allow the flavours to come through.
As I mentioned, appetizers are our favourites whether we are hosting or simply want a fun dinner idea. These are a few of our favourites…
- Tomato and Feta Bruschetta Flatbread
- Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Wings
- Ultimate Loaded Nachos
- Simple Homemade Fresh Tomato Salsa
