Welcome to our home
We moved into our house in 2012 and in the spirit of living a beautiful life we have been transforming it into our family’s perfect home ever since. Our home was by no means a fixer-upper, but over the years we have been putting our heart and soul into creating a beautiful house we get to call home.
Our love of modern farmhouse aesthetic is apparent in our family home, which features a simple and fresh design. You’ll find subtle touches of farmhouse charm and character incorporated into each room in an effort to create a home that feels perfectly us.
Creating a home that feels lived in and loved is not done overnight, it takes time and patience. We hope you’ll join us on this journey as we continue to create our perfect home and inspire you to live in style and love your home!
mudroom
Our mudroom is one of the newest additions to our home. We turned a cramped and tiny side entrance to our house into a beautiful and functional mudroom for our family. You can see how we made this incredible transformation here.

kitchen
Our kitchen is by far my favorite room in our entire house. It is bright, cheerful and welcoming, and it is truly the heart of our home. It is also the room that has undergone the most dramatic transformation, take a look at how our kitchen looked when we moved in and find out what we did to create this beautiful and airy space.

living room
Our living room just received a big dose of farmhouse charm. We reconfigured the layout to create a better flow between rooms in our main living space, and brought in a beautiful new sofa and chair. The color palette remains neutral, while bringing in interest and texture with lots of cozy throws and pillows, woven wood shades and natural wood elements, like the baskets on the wall. We also added a layered gallery wall to fill in the space above the couch. I love the overall farmhouse style we achieved.

dining room
Our dining room is such a cheerful space…an abundance of windows ensure this room receives so much natural light and breathtaking sunsets every evening.
